Reporting to the Head of Commercial Nordics, the Nordic Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial performance for our ADC portfolio across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.

You will lead the Nordic Health Care Development Manager (HDM) team and ensure strong, aligned commercial execution in line with strategic business plans. This is a field-based role, working closely with cross-functional colleagues and alliance partners.
